When will I receive the edited images?Processing usually takes about 1 - 2 weeks. Since this is very time-consuming and we naturally want to make sure that you are satisfied with the end result, it can sometimes take longer.

What about publishing the pictures?You are of course welcome to publish the pictures anywhere. We would be delighted if you mentioned us. Please note that you have the private usage rights to the pictures. Commercial use by other service providers is not covered. This must be agreed with us in advance. Last but not least: We use selected images from our customers for portfolio purposes. If you expressly do not want this, please let us know in advance.

Will I get help choosing the location and styling?In any case - yes! You are welcome to tell us your preferred location or we will find the best possible location for the session, whether it is outdoors or in the studio. If you wish, we will create a mood board for you in advance to inspire you. If you wish, we can also provide you with an outfit guide, because choosing the right clothes is not always easy.

Is it possible to buy vouchers?Yes, we offer vouchers for all categories of photography. Please fill out the contact form to get in touch with us. You will then receive the voucher beautifully packaged by post.
